@tgspdcl we lost electricity in the Kondapur region around 10 am on 16 Feb. I raised a complaint by calling the 1912 number. They took in the complaint and gave me a number to reach out to as seen in the ss below. However the person keeps cutting my call. Please look into it.

@ACTFibernet absolutely horrible customer service. We were tired of our current isp in Hyderabad so we decided to sign up for act. They promised us 3 days ago the person will come to set up the connection. No one has responded since and no one is answering, do not use this isp.
