@flipkartsupport I ordered a product with order ID OD435533609242441100 The delivery status mentioned that delivery was tried and contacted me on 24th & 25th Sep but no call received. I tried calling delivery guy multiple times - unable to reach. Customer care unable to help.

Karoshi is a Japanese word that means death from overwork. Japan has not only recognised but also taken several measures to reduce the negative health impact from overworking. Right from Karoshi Prevention Act, public awareness programs, counselling services, cap on overtime to 4 day work week has been implemented by many corporates. There is data to demonstrate how this has helped Japan with 1) better health outcomes 2) higher consumption (spending for 3 days vs 2 day weekends, this increases GDP & employment)  3) higher fertility rate 4) more women in the workforce & 5) better productivity at work. Of course the 4 day work week benefits kick in when supported by technology/ automation & capital investment.
 Im in Kerala in the lovely backwaters, balancing my new startup Arth along with some quiet time & I suddenly felt a strong spontaneous urge to make this reel. I feel that in India, we don’t do enough for our health. Lack of workout, absolutely inadequate sleep, barely any time for family & most importantly poor mental health are all becoming a national crisis, so my dear friends, please do not glorify the 70 hour work weeks ! It has serious adverse health implications for our country.🙏 WHO has published the statistics - 55 hour work week increase the chance of stroke by 35% & heart disease by 17% compared to 40 hour work week.. let’s only imagine these # for 70 plus hour work weeks🙄🙄 Thank you to my friend Roopa Purshottam, Chief Economist, Tata Group for highlighting the adverse impact of overworking in her report, Tata Macro Insights 2025, must read ! 
Emcure & Arth will not move to 4 day work week but we do try our best to ensure a work life balance in our 5 day work week 🙏
