@lufthansa Do you have any idea how nerve racking it is to sit in an airport that you cannot leave because you do not have a visa? To wait helplessly in line with hundreds of others who are stranded? To be told to sleep on a cold marble floor until @lufthansa reps return the next morning?

@lufthansa I did. They denied a reimbursement. If I had slept overnight at the service center and had my ticket rebooked, @lufthansa would have paid for it. But because I didn’t want my family to suffer, I rebooked the ticket. Now I won’t be reimbursed? How does it make any sense?
