Lawsuit claims FSD/Autopilot failed to follow overpass curve at highway speed, driver disengaged but too late to avoid barrier hit. The question is did the system create unrecoverable high-speed situation for the driver ? If so then it’s the FSD fault, but as Tesla says the drive should have been alert during this critical turning and avoided it a bit earlier

In short, Tesla has delivered approximately 1.1 million Full Self-Driving (FSD) vehicles out of a total of around 8.9 million vehicles delivered by the end of 2025. It’s true that there aren’t many cars equipped with FSD at this point. I own both a Rivian and a Tesla, and I don’t pay for FSD, even though it’s a great feature.

@wholemars The Cybertruck is an absolute beast. Why compare it to R2, which is more like a Model Y? Who would even buy a Cybertruck at that price? It was initially priced at $37k, but ended up being double that.

@freddy_bell @wholemars I agree that it’s very good. I have a Hw4 model 3, and it works very well in all conditions. It would be great if it were truly hands-free. Hopefully, they will release it soon, current price of $100 subscription is quite steep.

@adamhorning @wholemars It’s an excellent option for individuals who require assistance with driving, such as the elderly, but it still seems quite expensive for regular driving, subscription fee of ~ $25 would enable more people to subscribe.
