@nuegoindia Yeah my bus ride on NueGo couldn’t charge my phone because it had no USB C ports. People who use iPhones shouldn’t expect a basic feature? On top of that mo message about the driver number to contact them. Every other buses send driver details, very pathetic experience.

@IRCTCofficial Travelled in 2nd AC from Bangalore to Kozhikode on the Yeshvantpur Kannur express a couple of days ago on the side upper berth. It didn’t have any charging port even on the lower side. Only the std lower/upper had the port. It was a major inconvenience #irctc

@IRCTCofficial I just booked a Tatkal ticket for Rs 1394 (incl all charges) and it went into waiting list even though it showed 25 available just before booking. Now they are cutting 65 for cancellation and the other charges I paid are also gone giving me a loss of 129 Rs. Why @IRCTCofficial
