#badcustomerservice #cheating registered complaint and was told the manufacturer would replace. Never got a reply after that. Only automated customer care replies which are useless. My 3yo was standing 3feet away when this broke and everything came down.

@Uber_India got a ride today in Bengalur.The driver was drunk. Moved vehicle when my wife was getting my 3yo in back seat. Jumped 3 red lights on the way n was swaying the vehicle around on the road. Also almost missed a turn and I had to ask him to turn. #badcustomerservice
