India is advancing with dignity and compassion as every one of the 58,098 identified manual scavengers has received a One-Time Cash Assistance of ��40,000. Skill Development Training has empowered 5,632 beneficiaries with opportunities for sustainable livelihoods. Capital Subsidy has further supported 483 individuals in rebuilding their futures with confidence. These rehabilitation initiatives from 2023-24 to 2025-26 reflect a strong commitment to social justice and inclusive development. Today, I had the privilege of attending the Viksit Bharat 2047 program at Chand Bari, New Cantt, Mussoorie Vidhan Sabha, as the Chief Guest.

It was a meaningful interaction with citizens as we discussed the vision of Viksit Bharat and India’s journey towards becoming a developed nation by 2047. We reflected on the transformative leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, whose focus on infrastructure, digital transformation, self-reliance, innovation, and inclusive development is shaping a stronger and more prosperous India.

The enthusiasm and participation of the people reaffirmed that the dream of a Viksit Bharat will be realized through collective effort, public participation, and a shared commitment to nation-building.
