@IndiGo6E cancelled flight 6E-6467 (Jammu-Delhi) on 1 May after check-in & boarding pass issuance for senior citizen passengers. No effective same-day alternative was provided despite a confirmed international connection (Delhi–Atlanta via Etihad early morning 2 May). This was the last flight from Jammu, making it operationally impossible to reach Delhi in time. As a result, the entire journey had to be rescheduled (domestic + international), leading to financial loss exceeding ₹2.29 lakhs (intl reschedule, hotel, airport services meet & greet). Formal escalation already raised with @IndiGo6E, @DGCAIndia @RamMNK @AAI_Official @vipinkumarIAS @Pib_MoCA @republic Request urgent intervention @MoCA_GoI and a fair, accountable resolution.

@etihad my parents were traveling from Delhi to Atlanta and they had a connecting flight through @IndiGo6E which they cancelled after reaching airport. I would seek assistance from ethihad how can we manage this?
