I joined Lovable a little over a year ago. Looking back at what we’ve built since then is pretty incredible.
My team made Lovable fully enterprise ready and built the governance layer that companies need to deploy AI at scale.
This Series C allows us to keep building the best team in the world.
Lovable is no longer just an app building agent. It’s becoming your business partner.
We’re just getting started.
@felpix_ Thinking out loud:
1. Notify me of the concerts and cultural events in the area that I might like
2. Health admin / Remind to schedule appointments
3. Proactively drive me towards my goals
4. Surface deadlines (taxes, trips, etc)
5. Optimize my finances
These odds weren’t acceptable in the fight against the USSR. Why are they acceptable now?
The Soviet Union was a far more direct and hostile threat to the US than China is today.
If that risk wasn’t justified then, what makes it justified now?
“There is a 10%+ chance we are going to kill everyone.”
“But if we don’t do it, China might catch up.”
How is this a reasonable argument to make to Americans?
@jackfriks Adversarial markets don’t care how good your model is.
Everyone has access to the same model.
You still have to find the alpha.
Btw, If you’re building a business, there are much better harnesses than calling Claude directly.
@Lovable >Generate a video that captures the horror of “There Is No Antimemetics Division.”
That’s the entire prompt. Here’s what it came up with.
The book is great, btw.
$400+ in video AI experiments later, I’m happy to report that it still takes a human to make something decent.
The biggest bottleneck now seems to be the script, though.
@Lovable is getting really good at generating great videos based on good scripts!
2010 me: "If thinking rationally and correcting your biases actually matters, people reading LessWrong will run the world one day."
2026: here we are. It does matter.

@maxedapps So true. That’s exactly why we built Managed Connectors at @Lovable.
You can build with Google Maps/Drive/etc without ever touching an API key.
The moment you ask users to bring their own key, you lose most of them.
Claude has discovered a previously unknown enzyme system hidden in the DNA of bacteriophages. Beside the enzyme’s gene sits a long array of repeating DNA—a structure that looks somewhat similar to CRISPR.
We don’t yet understand what this system does, but only a handful of known systems share its features, and all of them are able to cut, copy, and paste DNA. Historically, the discovery of such programmable systems has helped revolutionize medicine. CRISPR, for instance, is now the foundation of genetic medicines. But it will take much more work to learn what this system does, and whether it can be put to similar use.
