Almost everything in @home_assistant is now configured through GUI, which makes it accessible to more people.
But due to that, we lost control of how the configuration is stored. And it is hard to keep things organized. Not anymore. Check it out!

An in-depth tutorial on making voice assistant satellites, with start-to-finish voice configuration.
How does the voice assistant support non-English languages?
With specific actions for the Czech language (declension) - this is why 2 videos in EN and CZ.

I took on a challenge - explain to non-developers how to create @home_assistant language intents (YAML), and contribute them to the community through @github Pull Requests (including writing and running tests). Have I succeeded?

There has been a petition against moving from an attribute to the Home Assistant Weather Forecast Service...but it actually is AWESOME!

(...and they BTW added an action to the template sensor, that makes it 100% better)
Did you know that Home Assistant has great local calendars, you can use to schedule events?
In this case, a regular garbage collection?
And use a simple template to show the number of days till the next event, and a color icon?
This is how it is done

@fumoyofu@home_assistant@ITeadstudio@esphome_ I just re-used the one used for the Gardena valves. But this was done as an upgrade from the earlier Gardena setup. So if you do it from scratch, you might make different choices.
Garden irrigation upgraded - check. Hooked 24V AC valves (Gardena) to @home_assistant through hacked Sonoff 4ch Pro with added Nextion display (both by @ITeadstudio), all super easy thanks to @esphome_
@forestparkdev I was worried about complexity and the documentation not always being clear (it has improved since then). But it turned out I got everything right, so this was not the issue. The issues I had were caused by bad connections. So check the connection continuity!
Turning an affordable manual Gaggia Classic Pro to high-end beast with it superb parameters, flow profiling, integrated we do scales and more (#gaggiuino). But failing to connect to #HomeAssistant. Success or failure? Check it out! https://t.co/Xvv6bTQV2J
I migrated my Zigbee Coordinator to Sky Connect. On the Home Assistant that controls my house.
Did I have to re-configure all my devices, or did it just keep working seamlessly? Check it out!
