@JioCare No service calls, no engineer visit, no updates, in the app itself some jio fiber links is going error. Is jio really pulling the plug of jio fiber. I'm exhausted with their "wonderful" service anyway. Even they are not replying for the disconnect request mail. @reliancejio

In a city like Kochi, it’s surprising there’s no proper service center. Waiting 7 days for support in 2025? That’s just unacceptable. Honestly, I’ve lost faith in Jio’s service. Exploring other providers now, seems like that’s the only option left
