But there’s something absurd about throwing away what can be fixed. Repair teaches patience, problem-solving, responsibility, and respect for resources. Maybe one of the best lessons we can pass on is that not everything needs replacing.
Looking out of my office window. The weather is cool, breezy, rainy - the kind that instantly brings back childhood memories of playing outside without a care. Funny how nostalgia can take your mind in unexpected directions.
It got me thinking…
Somewhere along the way, convenience won. Now that we have our own money, a bit of laziness has crept in, and sometimes even status seems tied to buying new rather than making do. Replace has become easier than repair.
I tried contacting the Emergency Team, telling that I’m anxious, but they refused to entertain my grievance and told me to contact Support team, but there is no such option to telephonically contact Support team and the Emergency guy did not help with accessibility to it either.
@Olacabs Booked an Ola Mini cab, but the driver refused to switch on the AC and is asking me to pay the toll separately. Tried reporting it via the Ola app, but the chatbot is of no help. This is unacceptable. Need immediate assistance and resolution. @ola_supports
Indian youth: Question hard & demand accountability, but don’t outsource your voice to propagandists. Genuine causes attract ideological & political agendas. Choose facts over narratives, reason over slogans, & think independently. Keep your cause your own.

Somewhere between Sophocles and NCR traffic planning lies the truth that the path exists, salvation is visible, but the chorus of side characters will ensure the protagonist suffers first…like a Greek tragedy. Hmph!

Influencers be like: ‘Just discovered this SECRET hidden gem!’ Meanwhile the local uncle who’s been eating there since ice age is now standing in a 45-minute queue behind tripod setup. Just sayin’!
I came across this intriguing quote:
“Existence is suffering, unless it isn’t. You are God, unless you’re not. Everything is real, or an illusion. This depends on your philosophical school, or the lack thereof. Have fun, or don’t.”
#JNU students protest SC’s denial of bail to #UmarKhalid & #SharjeelImam, but slogans like “Modi-Shah ki kabar khudegi JNU ki dharti par” cross a red line. Protest is a democratic right; threatening language against constitutional authorities is not.
Dissent ≠ disgrace.
This isn’t my first bad experience, and @zomatocare@zomato hasn’t been any better. I’ve finally had enough. I’m stepping away from these platforms altogether. There are other ways to get food delivered; these apps have no monopoly.

@Swiggy@SwiggyCares
Had a harrowing experience with #Swiggy last night.
My order was delayed for two hours and then cancelled without my consent. Throughout this ordeal, the delivery partner didn’t answer a single call.

@Swiggy@SwiggyCares
When I informed that I would initiate legal proceedings & reserved my right to compensation, #Swiggy remained completely unfazed. It’s disheartening to see how indifferent these companies have grown, powered by our over-dependence on their services.
