.Theu tried to cheat me by replacing the damaged part with that of a demo car,the colour which was completely different from my car by changing the colour of the damaged part.Upon questiong this atrocity,I was offered replacement of the damaged part as part of compensation.

I was promised it would be done within 1 month.But the replacement part arrived the day before yesterday almost after 8 months of using the car.The part replaced now is also not fitting with the car.Please kindly look into this and do the needful.
