@Uverse@Showtime Guess what? I’m just now seeing this ad because my internet and tv are always going out! For all the money we pay for your service it’s a shame that all we get are frozen screens. I find myself resetting our boxes at least four times a day. Calling customer service is a joke!
@ATTCares can we get an update on our service? 76179 Still out since yesterday mng. Tech support had me on the phone for over an hour just to have a lightbulb go on at the end and tell me it must be due to the outage. No troubleshooting was performed by them or in my end.
@RizzorianDracor@ATTCares And I just got off the phone with att who couldn’t find my account for 45 minutes. Finally did just to tel me were out due to an area wide outage.
