When the dust settles, the American people are going to be furious. I’m warning my brothers and sisters. As we comb over the MOU for guarantees, the enemy won’t give a sh*t. They’re going through the motions. Good deal, bad deal, any deal.
Every Republican defending this MOU knows that if a Democrat had signed a document like this, they'd be blasting them to kingdom come. It's actually worse than the JCPOA. Iran made out like bandits. And now they know they can bring us to our knees with a few mines.
Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi delivered a clear and powerful message regarding the current US-Iran negotiations:
"The people of Iran are not represented in these negotiations. 40,000 Iranians have not died for the Strait of Hormuz or for a nuclear deal."
As an Iranian, I’m tired of watching our brothers and sisters’ blood being traded for empty agreements.
Bloomberg has published the MoU.
Now we know why they did not want to release the text…
There are zero substantive enforceable commitments from the Islamic Republic in this document.

Vance told groyper Megyn Kelly that "hawks" "don't have an alternative" and "they're proposing an endless conflict. They want this to go on until every bomb has been dropped or until every Iranian is dead." Not since Obama has a politician been this adept at destroying strawmen and misrepresenting his opponents' positions. Most "hawks" want the Iranians to be alive and free rather than under the boot of the Islamist regime he's so chummy with. It's his capitulation that creates "endless" conflict.
BREAKING: US officials have now confirmed in a briefing that Iran will get full access to a total of $100 billion in frozen funds and the $300 billion reconstruction fund, both included in the deal with implementation now underway, per WSJ.
More than $150 billion of the fund has already been committed, directly contradicting Trump's claims that the US would not contribute to the $300 billion fund, per Reuters.
As it signs a Memorandum of Understanding for “peace”, the Islamic Republic just executed two more protesters from January 8th and 9th.
This is the consequence of making a deal with this criminal regime. To do a deal with a regime that murdered more than 40,000 protestors in two days in January is morally wrong and strategically misguided.
Dealing with this regime will fail and we will all face the consequences. The regime’s 47-year war against the Iranian people continues. Just as it has never made peace with its own citizens, it will never truly make peace with the world.
The international community should back the people of Iran’s fight for freedom. Put them center in any negotiations and in their Iran policy. But let me be clear - with or without international support - this regime will fall. The people of Iran will liberate themselves from tyranny.
The UK rape gang inquiry report just dropped and it should make your blood boil:
1. At least 250,000 young White girls were groomed, raped, trafficked, and tortured.
2. Perpetrators followed consistent tactics of befriending vulnerable girls as young as 11 with gifts, drugs, and alcohol before subjecting them to group rapes, violence, blackmail, pregnancies, forced conversions, and trafficking.
3. UK institutions—including police, social services, schools, NHS, and politicians—catastrophically failed victims through denial, ignored reports, criminalization of victims, destruction of evidence, and prioritization of political correctness and fears of “racism” accusations over child protection.
4. 87–95% of convicted perpetrators in group-based child sexual exploitation cases were Muslim. It was predominantly Muslim Pakistani gangs. They operated across 149 local authority districts. Groups from Somali,
Iranian, Syrian, Turkish, and other Muslim origins were also involved.
5. The Muslim perpetrators operated under an honour- and
shame-based clan code that treated non-Muslim girls, especially White working class girls, as property available for sexual use. Girls were told that they’re “White trash” who deserved punishment.
People need to go to prison for this.
Gracias."
Desgarrador.
🚨 UPDATE: All 8 crewmembers are dead after a nuclear-capable B-52 Stratofortress went down at Edwards Air Force Base in California
An absolute tragedy
Say a prayer for their families tonight 🙏🏻
MSN reports that Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth were told in unequivocal terms:
> "If you continue to oppose the agreement with Iran, you will be dismissed from your positions."
🚨NEW: VIRGINIA STATE BUDGET: HOLD ONTO YOUR WALLET!
"The House conference proposal represents a major spending expansion, not a restrained compromise."
The Jefferson Forum's Vice President of Policy, Derrick A. Max, examined the most recent Virginia budget proposals and provides this excellent brief analysis in his Sunday Summary:
➡️"Hold on to your wallet: House Conference Proposal released: In an effort to move the budget negotiations forward, the House released their conference proposal, a summary of which can be read HERE
https://t.co/bqqKC4U6aA
and the full 646-page language can be read HERE.
https://t.co/VdmVc0nmZt
"The House conference proposal represents a major spending expansion, not a restrained compromise. By its own summary, the plan adds or increases spending across nearly every major area of government, including $3.1 billion for Health and Human Resources, $1.8 billion in additional state support for public education, $1.134 billion for 3% teacher salary increases, $367.7 million for the state employee health insurance fund, $346.1 million for higher education, $225 million for a Federal Uncertainty Contingency Fund, $153 million for WMATA, $137.6 million more for childcare subsidies, $76.5 million for housing, and $10.1 million for expanded labor law enforcement. On top of that, the proposal includes a massive capital package: $2.3 billion in general fund resources plus $850 million in nongeneral fund appropriation. This is a striking amount of spending at the very moment lawmakers are also considering new local sales tax authority, future cannabis taxes and fees, and studies of still more revenue options."
➡️"Hold on to your wallet II: Sen. [Louise] Lucas tweets out her counter proposal. In response to the House proposal, Sen. Lucas quickly released her outline of a conference report proposal that can be read HERE.
"Her proposal captures the entire data center sales and tax use exemption revenue and directs it to: 4 percent increases in teacher pay in every year of budget (one percent higher than House version), a $100 single and $200 couple tax rebate, $345 million for health and human services, and $519 for environmental and natural resource spending, to name a few specific items. Governor Spanberger responded to this Tweet by stating it needs to be put into a full report, as tweets are not bills. Sen. Lucas responded to the Governor by announcing a series of Data Center listening sessions around the Commonwealth."
➡️"Will weed weaken Sen. Lucas? Despite saying she opposed legislating in the budget, Governor Spanberger is reportedly open to compromising with the General Assembly to pass some version of their once vetoed cannabis market legislation. As I have noted, Sen. Lucas is a big advocate of weed and owns a cannabis shop (which was included in the FBI raid of her many offices)."
➡️"Budget impasse is not about numbers; it is about what kind of Virginia we want. With the competing budget outlines coming into view, the truth is that this budget impasse is about the future of Virginia. Do any of the competing plans ensure a Virginia that is friendly to business, keeps Virginia safe for families, and keeps taxes low? Sadly, both budgets appear to put Virginia on a path of higher taxes, more regulation, less accountability ..., and more weed and gambling. Elections have consequences."
OMG Spencer Pratt ballots covering the streets in LA and they called this a legitimate election? @spencerpratt@TheJusticeDept
They stole the election from Spencer Pratt, it must be investigated !
🚨SEE NO EVIL: Virginia House budget would halt campaign finance audits
"A budget provision released Friday by Democrats in the House of Delegates would send Virginia back to the days when the public had to accept on faith that candidates’ campaign finance disclosures were complete and accurate."
"A nine-word sentence – 'That § 24.2-948.5 of the Code of Virginia is repealed' – would strip the Virginia Department of Elections of its authority to audit campaign finance reports."
"The post-election audits, which the General Assembly approved in 2022, put candidates on notice for the first time that they may be called upon to provide bank records, invoices and other documentation to verify their fundraising and spending."
"The House budget language, if approved by the General Assembly, would halt the current Department of Elections review of campaign finance disclosures filed by candidates who ran last November." ...
"The law requires all candidates for governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general to turn over campaign financial records to the elections department." ...

@JoshuaBarzon While I love the pleasing graphic design of 2&4, I love the strength of the vine in 3. HE is the Vine. Apart from Him, we do nothing. And he prunes away that which doesn't produce. Can you thin the base of 3 a bit but keep the vine bold or make the vine in 2 bolder?
