@makemytripcare @deepkalra - regarding booking id - NN7012643286172, Travel date 17-Oct to 13-Nov from DEL to SIN, placed the cancellation req on 9-Oct as mother got detected with cancer, evn talked to cust care also on 16-Oct to cancel and refund but the tickets are still ON

& customer care says tickets are still not cancelled and now we can't refund you any amount. What it is if not a cheating and a poor online system?? If I placed a request and system showed me how much I will get as a refund in wallet then why you want my consent again & again?
