Four cruise missiles launched from Iran were detected toward various areas across the country. Three were successfully engaged over the country’s territorial waters, while one fell in the sea.

The Ministry of Defense affirmed that the sounds heard in different parts of the country are a result of air defence systems engaging threats.

The Ministry urged the public to obtain information from official sources and comply with all public safety procedures when warning messages are issued to the public.

@etisalatUAE As a consumer, what should we do when we are not getting any support from your end? We are just receiving new complaint numbers everyday.

@etisalatUAE Least we are requesting is a call back from your support team. This is a case of fraud calls and I am surprised you can’t help your consumers on the same. We go to your centers we are told to get it solved on calls. We go on calls nobody supports and just transfer the call!

Hi @etisalatUAE @Etisalat_Care- even after repeated calls, messaging and emails we are not getting any support. Each time we call, we get new complaint no. and no call backs! Is this the way you provide services to your customer? Highly disappointed & will not recommend to anyone
