@Cloon_ey1 Nothing would save them now. And there is not much they can do to bring GCs under their fold now. EWS was already brought in 2018. There is not much they can do to bring GCs under their fold now. The GCs should and will examine every move from the BJP with suspicion

@Cloon_ey1 Absolutely. The GC shouldn’t blindly vote for the BJP. GCs have been taken for granted. The moment they increase the reservation, BJP will loose and loose decisively with no resurgence insight. MP, RJ and Chhattisgarh are prime examples. SC/ST act couldn’t save BJP then.

If people from reserved categories are now reaching India’s highest constitutional and judicial offices, shouldn’t we review whether reservation is still serving its original purpose?

Should reservation now be abolished or limited to those who are financially weak, regardless of caste?

Poverty does not see caste. Why should poor and deserving students lose opportunities because of vote-bank politics? Every hardworking student deserves equal opportunity.
