I think the real test of a luxury service is the second request.
That’s when you find out whether someone paid attention. Whether you have to explain yourself again. Whether the confidence you felt the first time was deserved.
Conversations with high-net-worth individuals helped shape how I think about this and what I want Vaultfy to become.
There’s a gap between being able to afford an exceptional experience and having someone you trust take responsibility for arranging it.
Closing that gap is the ambition behind @vaultfyapp.
For me, the interesting part of AI is what it makes possible beyond the screen. How it can help a service understand a request, carry the context forward, and put the right information in the hands of someone who can act on it.
The interface matters. So do the judgement, relationships and care behind it. We’re building those parts together.
Today, I’m proud to introduce @Vaultfyapp
I’ll be sharing the decisions behind Alfred, where we believe AI belongs in personal service, where human judgement matters most, and how conversations with prospective members shape what we build.
If you’re interested in building an AI company that earns people’s trust in the real world, that’s the work I’ll be sharing here.
I’m Vatsal, founder of @Vaultfyapp
This is what I’m building.
The world opens differently when you know who to call.
Now you do.

Appreciate @EconomicTimes and @AnumehaET for looking beyond the headline and actually trying Vaultfy firsthand.
The best way to understand what we’re building is to use it.
Grateful for the feature and even more excited for what comes next.
@Vaultfyapp
20 days ago, @EconomicTimes said I was about to launch Vaultfy.
Today, you get to see what we were actually building.
And “luxury travel concierge” was only the beginning.
Welcome to @Vaultfyapp
The interesting part about Vaultfy for me is how little you actually need to do.
Tell Alfred what you want and it handles the rest across travel, stays, dining and experiences.
One conversation instead of going back and forth everywhere.
