A reactor accident alters reality, with magic flooding into our universe through a dimensional rift. As DNA changes in several species, Ian and Lucian find out they can wield magic. Does this power corrupt them? Can the government cover all this up? #TheRift#SSFPit#A#SF
@hub34021 That’s the same as mine. I’d like to edit the description, but it does promise character development and fantasy elements. Plus, I love the cover!
@jamessauthor In 2076, a fusion reactor implodes, creating a singularity that tears a rift between dimensions. Magic floods the Earth, altering the DNA of several species, including human. Two men find they can wield magic. But for good or evil?
@hub34021 There is a fine line there, for sure. Since I’m more of a ‘pantser’, I usually see the need for corrections in my first self-edit. Key word is ‘usually’. That why an independent editor can be so valuable
@Babywwir Have you ever heard of contacting either the state or county records department? I’m sure they have the original that you can obtain a copy from.
@oliviajones_06 Here it is. I mean, what’s the big deal? ID is required for booze, OTC meds that can be converted to meth, getting a gun, driving…so why not when a part of a decision that affects thousands to millions of people?
@itsrosesm Former Navy here. It’s not like it’s served more than once or twice yearly. So I feel just fine about it.
How do you feel about politicians using taxpayer money for giving other countries hundreds of thousands of dollars for feeding the poor there, while ignoring the poor here?
