@AmericanAir What angers me is the (deliberate) unpreparedness to assist, provide hotel room, etc. First you queue 1.5 hrs to the customer service to hear that they have nothing for you. ”We have rebooked you, but otherwise you are on your own and we don’t care”.

@AmericanAir You can’t refer to weather. It was weather to start with, but other flights were cleared to fly and your mark staff several times referred to maintenance issue until the flight crew’s time was up.

@AmericanAir I will make a compensation claim in due time as I did for the Tuesday-Wednesday (PNR QIJJNN). However no response from your customer support in 5 days. Ignoring customers’ distress, needs and claims won’t bring you customers. I fly globally 60-80 flights per year so I know.

@AmericanAir You are the worst airline I have ever travelled with. On one trip you managed to strand me twice for 24 hrs at the airport. 150 yard queue to customer service. No support. What the hell are you doing? Nobody should fly with you.

@KLM @AirFranceKLM I will not fly with you anymore if I can only avoid that. You lost my luggage in AMS as always, your mark personnel lied in ZRH, your lost luggage recovery process does not work, and your customer service seriously sucks. Same with flight safety & maintenance?

@KLM I will never fly with you again. First losing my luggage in AMS and then uninterested and lying staff in ZRH. I told very clearly that I need my luggage today as I will be travelling three weeks as of early tomorrow. The b*tch wrote to the PIR - None urgent. Just found out.
