@IFBAppliances I've registered my complaint for AC issue but no contact from service team neither able to contact any one. Could you please help with this issue. I've tried calling cust care number but no response, whatsapp complaint not working as well

@RailwaySeva Thank you so much 4 the delightful journey. It delayed with 2hr then 3 and it finally crossed the 4hr mark almost touching 5th hour.True remarkable experience stranded on rural stations with little to no network and 0 accountability @IRCTCofficial@RailMinIndia@AshwiniVaishnaw

@IRCTCofficial Train no.07075 was supposed to drop me at Bhopal station by 01:40 pm,this is delayed by 2 hrs and the new drop time is 03:24 pm.I have a confirmed ticket for another journey, train no.12197 which leaves at 03:10 pm. Kindly help,customer care call not helpful at all
