@British_Airways Yes we did that and got the reply BA is to busy please call, after being told on the phone BA is to busy please email. Shame BA complaints department aren’t as quick to reply to complaints in person as they are when its in the public domain like twitter for everyone to see.

@British_Airways then unable to use vouches online, prices double when we call meaning its cheaper to pay cash and loose the vouchers. Final straw was unable to talk to complaints on the phone as they are to busy, told to email then get a reply from the email telling us to call

@British_Airways from one holiday business to another, never have we had such poor customer service, hung up on, lied to, a flight price that doubled because your call staff told us to click on something that lost the price and then more or less told tuff
