I have already tried different NVIDIA drivers, different graphics settings, bios update, XMP activated, reinstalled Windows via USB stick, tried Win 10 and Win 11, and so on

@Dety0 I used PBO2 Tuner for undervolting my 5800x3d and ingame i got like 60-70C at 4,4Ghz and the Drops still there
