Another 48hrs in Cardiff prepping for the World Cup and this trip included a break from fencing and a highly competitive game of badminton with the crew from @dsw_news it’s good to mix it up!
£18,000 of capital funding has been invested into highly specialised wheelchair fencing equipment so that the sport is inclusive and available to all in Wales. 👏

My idols growing up were Rush, Barnes and Aldridge and I don’t remember the Women’s World Cup even being on TV.
But now, this incredible group of women have changed all this. More than ever, it’s so much more than just a game.
Best training day I’ve been on for a very long time. Thanks @ComIntCare for a hugely stimulating and productive day. So many straightforward, non-complicated things we can do at sports events to make the experiences for everyone so much more positive.
