Still living in the same town I grew up in and hanging out with my childhood friends, my life is one immersed in tight relationships, and saltwater.

Today began with an hour surfing small waves at sunrise.

Sipping a latte at the cafe with friends before logging into work on my laptop.

Driving home around lunch and working until the family came back from the pool for dinner.

Then hearing about their day.

A good day.

We all knew it was only a matter of time before I ended up at Atlantic Surf Park and made a post about it. Today was my first time in the pool and it did not disappoint.

2025 was the BEST!

2025 Highlights:
I coached my boy's rec Baseball teams (Spring/Fall) and we went to 2 championship games winning 1.

We went to see the Dodgers in Baltimore. We witnessed Ohtani hit a Homer.

We had a magical week with family in Avon, NC celebrating my parent's 50th anniversary

We were able to see a "Banana Ball" game when the Party Animals and Fire Fighters came to town.

I traveled to, and surfed Puerto Rico for the first time.

One of the boys was accepted into a gifted school for visual arts.

The kids are healthy and doing well on school.

With some new guys and some old guys, my team won another volleyball championship at Virginia Beach Field House Tuesday night. I'm really happy that people who like playing volleyball still ask me to come join them.

Nice "Buy or Rent" video today but the video board was too hot and whiting out as I'm sure you know.

I work in Television. You can get the video board to display better but toning down the whites in Adobe from 255 to about 180.

It'll look great.
