NSF reviewer honorarium is down to $200/day!?!?! If you spend 1 hr/proposal reading, and 2 six hour panel days, thats ~$9/hour. Pretty shameful on the part of NSF.

@BrianLehrer @rustyjacobsWUNC @WNYC Many of us are against the proposal for Arrow Linen because we want it to be smaller and have more affordable units. Keep in mind that affordable these days would still be $2000+/month rent. And 19 stories will set a bad precedent for the area.

Non-teachers don't understand that prep for each class session is the process of writing a script for a play, with build up and resolution, visuals, audience participation, no 4th wall. This is why it takes TIME.
