Married to a hard-working 24 hour 'hooker' (tow truck operator), Mom of 2 Amazing Kiddos, K-1 Human Performance Teacher in St. Peter, MN and Child of God!
Wanted to give one last shootout to this amazing group of young men! You have impacted this program in numerous ways and we can't thank you all enough! From early mornings in the gym to late night rides on the bus, each of you have left your own mark on this program!
I often get asked “what have you learnt from 30 years of working with so many great coaches and extraordinary athletes”.
It’s this.
It all comes down to choice.
You can choose to get up at 5 am, train for two hours, eat the right foods.
You can choose to go to bed early, leaving your smart phone in another room and get great sleep.
You can choose to learn from your failures and setbacks and continue on regardless.
You can choose to stay back for 10 minutes after team practices and work on mastering a skill or on improving your technique.
Or you can choose NOT to do these things.
Success my friends - is your choice. Talent is over-rated.: physical talent particularly so.
“Life is a sum of all your choices".
So, what are you doing today?”

These two spent the last 4 years practicing against each other and playing side by side. As leaders and teammates they exemplified Saints football. Today signing letters of intent side by side one last time. Parker with University of South Dakota and Kemper with UW-Stout.
We are going to see soon that 1000s of players made mistakes. Coach nails it. Stop worrying about a check. Start enjoying life. Most of those in the portal just made their college experience more expensive and many just ended theirs.
Got the opportunity to watch this guy play one more HS football game today!! Well deserved opportunity for a great athlete and individual!! Way to represent Saint Peter today!! @ParkerMaloney2
