CR 653 between Red Arrow and 48th Avenue in Antwerp Township will be reconstructed, starting the week of June 15th. The road will be closed to through traffic, please utilize the posted detour on Red Arrow Highway and 30th Street.

Overlays will be placed in the Ye Olde Woods Subdivision and on 25th Street between Red Arrow Highway and the Village of Mattawan. Each project is expected to last a day and will be completed as weather allows. Please expect minor delays.

De-berming is the process of removing built up berms of soil/sod from the edges of the road to allow better drainage and asphalt adhesion for sealcoat or overlays.

West Michigan Railroad with MDOT Rail Safety will be replacing the railroad crossing on CR 681 between Red Arrow Highway and Butcher Road in Lawrence Township. Please follow the detour, following Red Arrow, 59.5 Street, and Butcher Road.
