.@willowtv Charging $10/mon for streaming (as the only legal option) and then completely dropping the ball is unacceptable. If the sport of cricket wants to make inroads in the US, @icc should rethink this entire partnership and business model. Do Better. Please & Thank You

.@CosoriCooks it’s bad enough you made a subpar product that has the potential to catch fire. Then you make the recall process cumbersome. And now despite putting pictures that clearly show the wires cut you come back with “pictures don’t show wires cut”. Are you guys serious?

For a company with the resources, money and pedigree as Apple, I can’t figure out why @AppleMusic is just so bad compared to @Spotify. It’s almost 2024! Can we not do better than having to choose between Lossless and music discovery?

. @Spotify I’ve been a big fan and a paying subscriber for 5+ years. But lack of Lossless audio is not acceptable - especially when your competition has been offering it for over a year.
