@LqLana This is all on her employers. Using this to go after Trump is ridiculous cause Biden was president at the time. And this happened 7 mo before Roe vs. Wade was reversed. The defense is the fetus doesn't have rights under the FLMA. It's not covered under FMLA until it's born.

@MLeeBaxter1 @ProudPatriot247 @LqLana This took place 7 mo before reversing roe vs. wade. Trump was president  from January 20, 2017 – January 20, 2021. Roe vs. Wade was reversed in June of 2022. This occurred on November 15, 2021. This is solely on the employees, not Trump and not Row vs. Wade.

@LqLana The argument is about the FMLA. The FMLA provision allows employees to leave to care for their sons or daughters under the age of 18. They are arguing that the family care provision does not apply to an unborn child.

@mmpadellan You're a hypocrite. Do you have this same energy for women about allowing men in their bathrooms and locker rooms? About men taking over women's sports? Abortion is a choice. The other is not. Unless a man cuts off his junk, he's still a man, just a man who dresses as a woman.
