UPS delivered my daughter’s college laptop (gifted by her brother) completely crushed,screen & keyboard destroyed.
Insurance was only $100. We already spent $100 on shipping & customs. Now looking at $500–1,000 for a replacement.
What a shame. Is this normal, @UPS @UPS_Canada ?
