@soupisgood @tzhechev @fulligin Typically district heating is a closed circuit and each building has a heat exchanger to transfer heat from the district heating system to the building’s internal heating system and tap water. I can’t find any sources to support Vienna piping hot tap water around the city?

@tzhechev @fulligin Where in Europe does “hot tap water infrastructure” exist? District heating is common but certainly does not involve piping clean heated tap water into homes.

@mattyglesias This is not a “snap election” in any meaningful sense of the word. It’s a regular general election in a regular election year. Denmark’s lack of fixed election dates and short 3-4 week campaigns seem to confuse international media.

@vonderburchard @AseyevStanislav @VollCornHirsch @DB_Presse According to DSB, the train was operated by DB personnel who collectively called in sick upon reaching the border and left the train. Same personnel had operated the train to and from Copenhagen. Strange situation.

@LeehamNews @AirlineFlyer It’s a 35 minute train ride departing every 20 minutes (10 minutes during the day). He should drive if he wanted to get there 15 minutes slower and 5x more expensively due to the bridge toll.

På den anden side af Nørrebrogade har løsningen været på plads i et årti. Man kan transformere et helt kvarter ved at lukke for gennemkørende trafik, og bilisterne skal nok nå frem alligevel.

Stengade 2: Electric Bogaloo

Vi kunne have lukket for al gennemkørsel og ladet Den Grønne Sti fortsætte over Stefansgade, men i stedet har vi fået en halv løsning, som ikke kan håndhæves. Det er rendyrket virtue signalling fra en handlingslammet kommune.
