The Gauhati High Court has finally exposed the truth.
The 354 IPC charge against me has been quashed — and the Court’s findings say it all:

🔹 No allegation of inappropriate touch in the victim’s later statements.
🔹 No witness — not even police officers present in the vehicle — supported any claim of sexual intent.
🔹 The Court noted that the push described could be incidental since 3 people were sitting in the back of a moving car.
🔹 No material whatsoever indicating sexual intent, a mandatory ingredient for 354 IPC.
🔹 Continuing the case would be a “miscarriage of justice” and an “abuse of process of law.”

Let me be very clear:
This fake case, this fake FIR, was — in my view — a politically motivated attack by the Assam Government and the BJP to silence me.

You can arrest me.
You can malign me.
You can file a hundred false cases.

But you can’t crush the truth.
You can’t silence the fight for justice, dignity and democracy.

The struggle continues.
We will not bow down.

70 साल की उम्र में उन्होंने पहली बार अपने बच्चे को गोद में उठाया पूरी तरह स्वस्थ और सुरक्षित जन्म डॉक्टरों ने भी माना कि यह दुनिया के सबसे दुर्लभ और प्रेरणादायक मामलों में से एक है

आज जिवुनबेन की गोद में सिर्फ एक बच्चा नहीं उनकी आस्था सब्र और अटूट निश्चय की जीत लेटी है

ये कहानी हमें याद दिलाती है कि
सपनों की कोई उम्र नहीं होती
और मां बनने की इच्छा कभी बूढ़ी नहीं होती

છેલ્લા 3 વર્ષમાં રાજ્યના 8થી વધુ મહત્વના વિભાગોમાં થયેલી નિમણૂકોમાં આશરે 50 ટકા અધિકારીઓ રીટાયર્ડ થયા પછી ફરી નિમણૂક પામ્યા છે.

જ્યાં સરકારની નીતિ ઘડાય છે એવા મુખ્ય વિભાગો આરોગ્ય, ખાદ્ય પુરવઠા, મજૂરી અને રોજગાર, વૈજ્ઞાનિક અને ટેકનિકલ વિભાગ, વેલફેર વિભાગ, અને ખનિજ વિભાગ સુધીમાં પણ રીટાયર્ડ અધિકારીઓનો જ દબદબો જોવા મળે છે.

એક તરફ સરકાર વર્ષોથી ભરતી બંધ રાખી યુવાઓનુ ફિક્સ પે, આઉટસોર્સિંગ અને કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ પ્રથાથી શોષણ કરે છે,

અને બીજી તરફ નિવૃત અધિકારીઓને ફરીથી નિમણૂક આપીને લાયકાત ધરાવતા યુવા અધિકારીઓને તકથી વંચિત રાખે છે.

સરકારમાં નીતિ-નિર્ણયના પદો હવે અનુભવના નામે એ જ જૂના અધિકારીઓના હાથે છે જેના કારણે નવી વિચારસરણી અને આધુનિક ઉકેલોનો અભાવ સ્પષ્ટ દેખાય છે.

યુવા અધિકારીઓ માટે તકો બંધ, પ્રમોશન અટકેલું અને નવી ભરતીના દરવાજા વર્ષોથી બંધ આ નીતિ યુવાધન ના અપમાન સમાન છે.

રાજ્યનો ભવિષ્યનો આધાર યુવાનો છે.
પણ ભાજપ સરકાર પોતાના મનપસંદ નિવૃત અધિકારીઓને “સદાબહાર એક્સ્ટેન્શન” આપી સિસ્ટમને વૃદ્ધ અને સ્થિર બનાવી રહી છે.

ભાજપ સરકારની વાસ્તવિક પ્રાથમિકતાઓ શું છે?

યુવાનોનું ભવિષ્ય કે મનપસંદ અધિકારીઓનું પુનરાગમન?
