@askGST_GoI u/s 62 BJA order is passed for the tax period Oct 2018 on dec 2018 is it valid?when the due date is within 5 yrs from due date of annual return for f.y. ie it starts after the due date u/s 44 is over. pls clarify state AO are passing the orders.
