@JaMonkey @AmazonHelp While others have been told they do and it requires uploading a bank or credit cards statement with your address and I’m not keen on doing that. I’m in the boat, that it’s late so I’ll see what the status is in the AM and go from there.

@JaMonkey @AmazonHelp They “escalated” it and told me to give it 2 hours and try to long into my account and then I would be able to verify my info. From what I’ve seen, some people have been told they don’t need to bc it’s been such a widespread issue that is messing w/ non-STKD PPL 2/

@JaMonkey @AmazonHelp Mine did. Apparently A LOT of ppl who participated in STKD have been kicked out with no resolution to come for at least 24 hours. You can try calling their 800 # to escalate it but I’ve seen here/reddit/threads it doesn’t do much to get it unlocked.
