Grâce aux sacrifices du groupe d'auto-défense TWIRWANEHO, elle ne dépend plus de Kinshasa ni de Tshisekedi.

Son statut ? Peu importe désormais.

Créée en 2013 par décret (n°13/029), Minembwe devait être une commune rurale. Problème : pas d’accord de l’Assemblée provinciale du Sud-Kivu sous l'instigation du haineux Bitakwira.

L' Installation officielle de la commune en 2020 a été suspendue par Tshisekedi face au tollé et aux accusations de ‘balkanisation’.

Rendant ainsi les Banyamulenge des étrangers dans leur propre pays, des Rwandais à chasser de la RDC, disait Bitakwira.

Aujourd’hui, Minembwe s’affranchit enfin de Kinshasa. #MinembweLibre
