@AmericanAir We are now on a 7 hour layover in Panamá, no food vouchers, no meal on next flight, although paid for upgraded seats on flight that included full dinner. So disappointed!!

@AmericanAir We are on our 3rd day of our AA fiasco. 2 mechanical failure cancellations. Forced to send parents alone to UIO in wheelchairs and no compensation.

The nuts and bolts of principal work is to hire well and remove obstacles- obstacles to learning, obstacles to teacher practice. Sometimes, we lose sight of that and can create systems that do the opposite. Make sure you have people who can redirect you when that happens.
