@allywooww xq aunque sean desarrollos de “exclusividad” hacen un mejor trabajo integrando comercio, gastronomía, oficentros, recreación y vivienda, sin agujas ni muros (son más permeables), el problema es que siguen siendo carro centristas por su localización y con poca integración social.

el condominio como se construye y diseña en cr es un cancer para la vida en ciudad. son burbujas que crean un vacío a su alrededor, afectando negativamente la vida en ciudad. en todo caso es preferible el modelo de avenida escazú/“aleste”, que un condominio con tapia y agujas.

Mi otra opinión de extrema izquierda es que no me gustan los condominios porque creo que fragmentan de cierta forma el tejido social. CEPAL ha señalado que la fragmentación urbana reproduce desigualdad estructural en América Latina
