@UGG I’m appalled with the service I have revieced from your store on Glasshouse Street in Central London Not only did I get home yesterday to find only 1 boot in the box I’ve just rung the store got no apology and told to try the Leeds store they may help!

@AudiUKCare I’ve just book a service and they were unable to confirm if I still had a free service from the 2 I got when I bought my car. Is there anyway I can find this out. I have my invoice which shows 2 free services but apparently they couldn’t see anything on the system?

@AudiUKCare Thanks @AudiUKCare Its been more than 48 hrs! Recently found out I had never been the registered owner of my car, Audi Harrogate never processed the V5 when I bought it May 2017 It led to me driving untaxed. Their customer service has been terrible, I’ve had to pay for a V5
