We need Voter ID to be the master document for proving our Indian Citizenship, Right to Vote is Supreme for any citizen in a Democracy. Voter ID in its current form can get Technology update like Aadhar & Sophistication of Passport yet retaining its ordinary citizens reach.

Birth certificates acceptance as proof of citizenship are time of birth based as of today.
Rest all wallet id’s are mere POI.
Yes, bureaucrat will give certificate of citizenship both in case of naturalisation & normally.
