UPI #MDR is a processing fee, not a tax. When we spend ₹3,000 via #UPI, we don't pay any extra fee. It is absorbed directly by the merchant, not the buyer. Credit cards typically carry much higher MDR rates. Processing fees & taxes are entirely separate concepts
