This looks like money laundering activity.

@rblbank I’ve reported an unauthorized ₹31,427 transaction on my credit card (ending 5694). I never approved it. As per RBI guidelines (https://t.co/cLE6fJXsqY.Leg.BC.78/09.07.005/2017-18), I have zero liability. Reverse the amount immediately or I’ll escalate to RBI & Ombudsman
