Monsoon Session of Parliament | The Union Government is likely to introduce the 'Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act Amendment Bill' in the Lok Sabha next week: Sources
🚨I'm now convinced that THIS IS A RÉGIME CHANGE ATTEMPT.🚨
Unfortunate turn of events. As much as I supported CJP's early intentions, this is now taking an ugly turn.
The Court has not directed governments to prosecute protesters or prevented them from withdrawing cases. It has only permitted investigation while explicitly ordering that no coercive measures be taken against protesting students. It also ordered the release of minors, protected protesters’ personal data, preserved CCTV and body-camera evidence, and initiated the process for an independent probe into both police excesses and violence against police.
An investigation is not a conviction, or even an arrest. There are FIRs involving allegations of assaults on police personnel, weapons and damage to public property. Those allegations may be true, exaggerated or fabricated, but a constitutional court cannot grant blanket immunity without first distinguishing peaceful students from infiltrators or identifiable perpetrators.
The government can still fulfil its promise by closing false cases and seeking withdrawal of prosecutions. Once a prosecution reaches court, withdrawal is a legal process requiring the prosecutor’s application and the court’s consent under Section 360 of the BNSS...not something automatically accomplished through a press conference.
The democratic position should therefore be clear...withdraw cases against peaceful protesters, investigate police brutality independently, and prosecute anyone proven to have committed serious violence...whether protester, infiltrator or police officer. Protecting protest cannot mean granting advance immunity for every act committed inside a protest.
Hold the government accountable for its promise, certainly...but portraying a non-coercive, evidence-preserving investigation as judicial persecution is political rhetoric, not constitutional reasoning.
The Supreme Court cannot be questioned by part-time protestors who were promised the world by some old, ill-informed BJP politicians.
👉One important point is being overlooked. Law & Order and Police are State subjects under the Constitution. FIRs are registered, investigated and withdrawn by the respective State Governments, not by the Union Government acting unilaterally.
If Bihar/Assam chooses to continue an investigation, that is ultimately a decision of the State executive and the police, subject to judicial oversight. The Centre cannot simply issue an order cancelling FIRs across states.

Why is Communist China unable to prevent cars from swimming away and houses from flooding and staying underwater when there is heavy rain? This time it happened in Lusong District, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province.
We are nothing in front of those who have a lot of money. They can buy almost anything and manipulate almost everything.
So, stay stress-free. Focus on earning as much money as possible, and legally save as much tax as you can. Take care of your family because they depend on you.
I don't think much will change, no matter which party comes to power. Every person who comes to power wants to earn money and demonstrate their power. Nothing else.
So don't waste your life expecting change. Instead, focus on building a better life for yourself and your family.
That said, I salute those who are working on the ground to bring positive change. Hats off to you all.
Money can save you in many difficult situations, but most importantly, don't harm anyone physically, financially, or mentally.
