@fw_naetoblaq Therapy, exercise, recently went to meditate and that helped too but the main thing is that my partner needs to wake up more consistently now. Also I have the advantage of moving my meetings further up the morning so it's not such a terrible thing

@ruxibar @imthespecialk That's really cool, but it doesn't seem to be the norm. I think a lot of us Mexicans just feel like some times mexican-americans speak on issues of identity without having a lived experience. I would never speak on the diaspora identity because I haven't lived it.
