Dear Asake,

We don’t like seeing you being rough-handled in Mecca because of the Black Stone (Hajar al-Aswad). If religion teaches that the stone itself is not meant to be worshipped or treated as an idol, then there should be no reason for people to be pushed or injured just trying to touch or kiss it. In our land, especially around Idanre in Ondo State, we have many ancient black stones connected to our ancestral history and spirituality. If touching a stone is meant for reflection, purification, or symbolism, you could come kiss thousands of ours freely and peacefully, no one will manhandle you or treat you harshly the way pilgrims sometimes experience in Mecca.
Spirituality should uplift people, not harm them.

NSCDC Officer reportedly k!dn@pped in Ekiti, Release Video Showing Victim Brutally Bəaten.

A viral video posted by social commentator and activist, Rinu Oduala has shown a man in captive being brut@lly bəæten while pleading for mercy.

In the post shared on social media, Oduala said the abducted officer was filmed by his captors while being ass@ulted, adding that no visible rescue operation had been launched as of the time of her statement.

“A NSCDC officer has been reportedly k!dn@pped in Ekiti, Nigeria by tərror!sts who released this video brutally bæting him. Till now, security agencies are yet to launch a search for him,” she wrote.

In the video shared online , heavily arməd men believed to be tərror!sts were seen ordering the abducted officer to face forward while repeatedly fl0gg!ng him with a cane.

The victim appeared visibly distressed, crying and pleading with his captors to stop the ass@ult.
