Wonderful to see @TPXimpact Design team co-hosting a hack day around greener service principles with our friends at @DefraGovUK as part of #servicesweek
Frequently impressed by the ideas, dedication and collaboration going on in all corners of the team 😍
Can confirm the queen of design spreadsheets had TWENTY FOUR spreadsheet tabs open when we were planning last week.
(Yes I appreciate the irony of me tab shaming)
Three of our designers are sharing the ways they approach designing in health and care, aware of the unique context of the health system and the varied needs of people working in, and receiving, care.

We’re launching a grad (okay to not be graduate) scheme!
Come and learn about applying design skills in practical project contexts, with loads of brilliant mentorship and support. It’s a huge symbol of how we want to grow as a team and I can’t wait. Please share far and wide 🙌

*🤫 You don't have to be a graduate!
Loved talking about our team culture with 60+ potential applicants in our Career Catalyst event this week.
We're hiring at just about all levels in all of our design practices at the moment - come and join the gang! Questions welcome 🙌

@daybydayv @sojtucker As opposed to a tech supplier coming in and saying what do you mean user research / show and tells / assistive technologies etc. Summarises a lot of expectations (but yeah would expect evidence)
@daybydayv @sojtucker But I was coming to say yes.. it tends to get used as the shorthand for ‘are you going to work in the sort of way we expect and will you have these kinds of standards’
Love to come home late on a Sunday to find alarms blaring from the building site next door and no way to contact them. Happy restful night’s sleep to me
