Yeah, I totally understand you, but do you know this selling on the road isnt peculiar to that particular location, in fact, it is a culture across Nigeria.
The government builds markets for the people, and the people will bring their shops to the roads outside that market.
And 9/10 times, nothing happens, the market becomes abandoned, and the people stick to the walkways.
Personally, I feel it's a leadership failure, because no one wants to follow the rule anywhere in the world, the government enforces the rule.
