@suunilsharrma31@kmr_dilip Basics are sufficient for me. Is there a proven need to increase strength and muscle ? Most life forms on our planet survive on basics, only humans have found new ways to keep ourselves busy / entertained. :)
@kmr_dilip 20-25 min walks, breathing exercises, staying hydrated, eating well, soaking in some sunshine, daytime naps :) taking the stairs ( one or two floors ) instead of elevators, avoiding TV news!
@kmr_dilip Mental fitness, emotional fitness, financial fitness, spiritual fitness are all equally important as physical fitness (going to a gym). Even a simple 20 min walk to a metro station or bus stop can perhaps be good enough for most.
