I have an app idea

A public website, community driven, which lists departments across Indian government institutes that are not doing their job properly.

I'm thinking of an upvote system (along with tagging names of people). A leaderboard of defaulters.

To give an example, recently one of my friends went to RMC (Rajasthan Medical Council) to get a simple email corrected and sent to her inbox for their provisional degree

The people working there are so retarded they made the same spelling mistakes twice, sent the email to some other address which aren't relevant and refused to correct it.

The registrar, Girdhar Gopal Goyal, who is responsible for taking care of all this, doesn't seem to take care of his job properly.

Their phone numbers aren't working and it is extremely difficult for students to leave their daytime internship work from other cities and repeat this begging infront of clerks.

This is one such example, there are MANY! Idk where this will go but I want to start atleast and not just sit here.

I'm starting this project, will be open source probably, lmk if you wish to contribute.
